Needs and objectives:
- The need to have a single web-based portal, divided into 3 main areas (Information, Engagement, Educational) that defines new standards of governance and dissemination of the company toward their distributors.
Proposed Solution
- The project was achieved with the creation of a web based platform(portal) containing training and information paths dedicated to company; the proposed solution allows the department managers to monitor access to training material and knowledge assessment activities, evaluating the skills acquired by the network of learners through the creation of tests or through self-assessment tools. The service has been structured in such a way as to offer the customer an independent structure, that would strengthen the image, but associated with the advantages of outsourcing.
